Lavender Tea

Besides being lovely to look at and soothing to drink, lavender tea is a wonderfully easy way to add relaxation and healing properties to your afternoon break.

Ingredients:

  • lavender, leaves, sprigs and/or flowers
  • lemon slices
  • water, just to boiling
  • lavender and lemon slices for garnish

Directions:

  • Heat water just to boiling.
  • Place lavender and lemon slices to teacup.
  • Pour hot water over lavender and lemon.  Steep for 5-10 minutes
  • Remove before drinking.
